Make a custom request

This service allows you to directly contact us and make a specific request for pieces. A small fee  of £18 is required for this service as this involves extra work and resources on our end, so a fee can help balance this out. It also ensures that we are not loosing money on transactions.

It's so easy, follow these steps!

3)wait for an email to confirm your request has been authorised. We will then source your pieces and keep you posted through emails.

4) once the item has arrived we will post it on the website and contact you. From then you can go through the regular rental process and wait for your item to arrive.

⭐️NOTE: Rentals by Rosie are UNABLE to promise all requests will be authorised. Circumstances may occur in which we are UNABLE to source the item or it may not arrive in time for your specific date. In these cases we will give a FULL refund of your deposit and email you with these details.
