1. What is Rental by Rosie?

Rental by Rosie is a clothing rental service offering a curated selection of stylish and high-quality apparel for all occasions. Whether you’re dressing for a special event, work, or everyday wear, we make fashion accessible, sustainable, and hassle-free.

2. How does the rental process work?

It’s simple!

  1. Browse our collection online 

  2. Select your desired item(s) and choose your rental period (e.g., 2 days, 4 days, 7 days or 30 days).

  3. Hit rent! and wait for your items to be delivered to your door.

  4. Wear and enjoy! Return the items by the end of the rental period by buying your own royal mail label!

3. What is included in the rental fee?

The rental fee includes cleaning and postage, wear insurance for minor damages, and the use of the clothing for the rental period. Additional charges may apply for late returns or significant damage.

4. Can I try on items before renting?

No, unless you are nearby.

5. What happens if I damage or stain an item?

Minor wear and tear is covered by our rental fee. For significant damage or irreparable stains, additional charges may apply based on the item's value. 

6. How do I return the items?

Returning is easy:

  • Online rentals: Use the return address on your item and buy a royal mail label and drop it at any participating courier location.

7. Can I extend my rental period?

Yes! Extensions are subject to availability. Please contact us at least 24 hours before your rental period ends to arrange an extension.

8. What happens if I return an item late?

Rentals by Rosie offers a grace period of 3 days... However following this a late fee of 10% will be charged for each day the item is overdue. The late fee is specified in your rental agreement. To avoid additional fees, please return your items on time.

9. Are the clothes cleaned before each rental?

Absolutely! Every item is thoroughly cleaned and inspected to ensure it meets our high-quality standards before being rented out again.

10. What sizes are available?

as we are just starting out sizes are limited to xxs, xs, small and some medium sizes. But don't worry, we're definitely working on expanding our size range to offer more options soon!

 

11. What is your cancellation policy?

if you wish to cancel make sure to contact us at least 5 working days before your rental start date.

14. Can I purchase an item I rented?

Yes! If you fall in love with an item, you may be able to purchase it. Contact us to inquire about availability and pricing.
